Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a National Holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Order Processing Times

• All orders placed before 2 p.m. Central Standard Time will be shipped out the same day.
• Any orders placed after 2 p.m.. Central Standard Time will be shipped out the following business day.

Shipping Information

We can ship to any address in the Continental United States.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping rates page. You can also refer to the UPS shipping chart below for estimated shipping times (ground shipments).

Please note: TheWellBodyStore.com reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. The Well Body Store is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.

Estimated International Shipping Rates

Please note: For all Canadian shipments, TheWellBodyStore.com will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office (No PO Boxes).

TheWellBodyStore.com will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. TheWellBodyStore.com will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.

Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

Order Status and Returns

You will be emailed once your order has been recieved by us as well as when your order has been shipped or is awating payment. For questions about a specific order please fill out the form on our Contact Us page.

Payment Options

On-line orders can be paid by credit card, and debit card. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept most bank VISA or MasterCard debit cards. Orders sent via mail can be paid by credit card, cashier's check or money order.

Return Policy

• The customer must contact TheWellBodyStore.com and ship the merchandise within 60 days from the date that the product was ordered.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• We will accept a single opened container of each individual product. We will accept additional returned containers of that same product as long as they are unopened.

* Full refund limited to orders of $200 or less. For larger orders there is a 25% restocking fee

* A 25% administration fee will be applied to all orders returned to us without a copy of the order, packing slip, or a reference to the order number.

Exceptions to the above conditions may be granted at the discretion of TheWellBodyStore.com on a case by case basis.
